
Hola! I'm Klaudia Paletta, a bilingual Meditation, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), and Sound Bath facilitator.
My mission extends beyond the mat, leading sound baths, accessible yoga classes, and meditation sessions across Ventura and Los Angeles county.
My intention is to meet folks where they are, creating nurturing spaces that celebrate diversity and inclusivity.
Having had the privilege to collaborate with private, corporate, and non-profit organizations, I'm committed to sharing practical tools for well-being.
My work is deeply rooted in community-centered principles. I believe in making yoga and wellness accessible to all, especially to communities that may not always see themselves represented in traditional wellness spaces.

In a world that demands constant activity, Rest Club is a conscious choice to prioritize rest and rejuvenation. Here, you can show up as you are, without judgment or expectations, and fully embrace the gift of rest.
Join us for a one-hour deep stretch yoga and sound bath class—an exquisite opportunity to arrive fully into the present moment and invite ease and support into your being.
During the deep stretch yoga portion, we will settle into floor postures, inviting our bodies to gently and deeply stretch. Each posture will be lovingly held for 2-4 minutes, allowing you to sink into profound relaxation and release any accumulated tension.
As we conclude the yoga session, we transition into a 15-minute sound bath—an invitation to give yourself permission to rest and be held by the soothing vibrations of therapeutic instruments. The sound bath experience will uplift your spirit, transporting you to a state of tranquility and inner peace.
Please bring a yoga mat, and a blanket to this class. Dress comfortably and bring layers.
